Jeff Oliver served in the US military from 1977 to 1988, in both active and reserve status. Mr. Oliver attended the University of Nevada, Reno, where he studied chemistry. He has 30 years of professional experience, including employment as an electronics technician at Ford Aerospace, and as a plumber, pipefitter, welder, and boiler technician. He joined the Mechanical Compliance Section of Nevada’s Department of Business & Industry in 2015, and currently serves as a safety supervisor for boilers and pressure vessels.

Topic Description

Jeff will be going over specific code requirements relating to boilers, pressure vessels, and chillers as they are involved in new and retrofit construction. Jeff will also be available for a Q&A portion about codes, project specific questions, etc.
