What do cannabis, helicopters, EV battery plants and French fries have in common? They all emit gaseous- or molecular- contaminants. In this presentation, learn how molecular filtration differs from more commonly understood particulate filtration, and come away with a simple checklist to help you design and specify robust molecular filtration systems.

Bio

Jennifer joined Camfil, a world leader in air filtration, in 2019 as the Molecular Segment Manager for the western United States and Mexico and is responsible for supporting the development, sales and marketing of molecular (aka- “gas phase”) filtration solutions for a wide range of industries and applications, including airports, hospitals, cultural heritage and preservation, petrochemical, wastewater, pulp and paper, industrial exhaust and biogas.

She has been happily married for 29 years and has three kids in their early 20’s, including two who recently rolled off the payroll!  As an enthusiastic bluegrass and folk singer and mandolinist, she loves to play music with friends and attend live concerts and festivals. In addition to enjoying hiking, camping, boating and skiing in the Sierras, her family has traveled all over the world and have particularly enjoyed the natural and architectural wonders of Europe, South America and Asia. She is an avid volunteer fundraiser, leading the growth of numerous public school and community foundations over the past 20 years.

She has a BS in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Materials Science from the University of Delaware. She also has a certificate in graphic design.
