Limited number of tournament seats available! Please register with full name of participants by January 13, 2022 to participate. 30 minute poker overview and training will be provided for new comers prior to tournament. MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO PARTICIPATE.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITES

The purpose of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers, Inc.(ASHRAE) is to advance the arts and sciences of HVAC&R to serve humanity and promote a sustainable world. Sixty percent of proceeds will go towards funding for research projects (RP) which is the source of technical and educational information and Local Scholarships. RP information is used for the professional growth in the arts and sciences of heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration. Forty percent of the proceeds will go to the Northern Nevada Children’s Cancer Foundation for our annual community project.

The following is an itemized list of needed items to run the fundraiser. Donations will be accepted toward the listed items the sponsor has signed-up for. Sponsorship opportunities will be awarded on a first come first serve basis. If you have any questions, contact Alec Lyons. You must fill out this form and either email to [email protected] or mail to address below for your sponsorship to be completed.

* Table Sponsor will include a sign of your company name at one table. A quality image file will need to be emailed or sent to Alec Lyons at [email protected]  so that a sign can be printed.

** Buffet Hospitality is a mixed grill menu including starter and entrees.

*** Poker Refreshments is a donation that provides all participants at the venue 2 free drinks during the event. Drinks are water, soda, beer and wine.
